The first layer is hand inked with distress Salty Ocean, Mermaid Lagoon and Peacock Feathers colors and sprayed with water for a ocean splash effect. The sentiment has been hand stamped with Black Soot permanent ink on to this first layer. The second layer is inked with distress sprays on the same colors for a more vibrant look, then heat embossed with white the matte jelly fish. Colorful twine hangs from the corner of the card holding a shabby looking copper colored crab charm. The finish touch is given by the dimensional Sand Dollar that sits over all the layers and has been hand stamped and distressed.
